Multi-stream: available-to-promise from stock, reservations and inbound

Three feeds at three different grains - per warehouse, per sku, per shipment. Roll each to the sku grain first, then the arithmetic is trivial. Note ATP is allowed to go negative: hiding that would hide an oversell.
