Multi-stream: recursive computeIfAbsent on a shared cache is undefined, not diagnosed

An enrichment cache that needs a second key while loading the first breaks the contract: the mapping function must not modify the map. ConcurrentHashMap only detects it when both keys land in the same bin - so it throws "Recursive update" sometimes and quietly works the rest of the time, which is the worse outcome.
